Is there a free trial?
Yes: 7 days and 50 orders free, no payment method needed. You only pick a plan if SheetDive suits you.
How do I pay?
By mobile money (Wave, Orange Money, MTN, Moov…) or bank card. No automatic debit: you get a reminder before your month ends.
What happens if I go over my order quota?
Dispatch pauses and nothing is lost. Add a backup pack (from 2,000 FCFA) or move up a plan: your pending orders go out right away.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from the Subscription page in your account: choose the new plan and pay, it’s activated as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Is paying yearly worth it?
Yes: 12 months for the price of 10, so two months free.
