Do I need to change my store or my order form?
No. Shopify, YouCan, WooCommerce, EasySell, Releasit or a home-made form: as long as your orders land in a Google Sheet, SheetDive works. You don’t change anything in your current setup.
My customers type their address any old way. Does it still work?
Yes, that’s the normal case. SheetDive recognises cities, districts and neighbourhoods with their usual abbreviations (“yop”, “abj”, “dkr”) and tolerates typos. When the rules aren’t enough, AI takes over. And if it isn’t sure, the order waits for you in “To review”.
What if an order gets sent twice?
It doesn’t happen. Every processed row gets a marker in a “SheetDive” column of your main sheet, and a fingerprint of the order is stored. A row that was already processed is never sent again, even if you copy it.
Does my call center see the other countries’ orders?
No. Each country has its own Google Sheet, which you share only with that country’s team. The main sheet stays yours.
How long between an order and its arrival in the country sheet?
Under two minutes. SheetDive checks your main sheet every minute.
How do I pay?

What happens if I go over my order quota?
