Terms of use

These terms govern the use of SheetDive, published by the SheetDive team, reachable at contactsheetdive@gmail.com. By creating an account, you accept them.

The service

SheetDive reads the orders in a main Google Sheet and copies each one into the Google Sheet of its delivery country, roughly every minute. The country is recognised automatically (phone dial code, address, city, country column and, if you turn it on, artificial intelligence).

Your account

• SheetDive is for businesses and adult merchants only. Your account information must be accurate.
• You are responsible for your account, your access and the people you share your sheets with.
• To work, SheetDive needs access to your Google Sheets. You can remove it at any time: dispatch then pauses.

Your customers’ data

Your sheets contain your customers’ personal data. You remain responsible for it: you must have the right to collect it and use it for your deliveries. SheetDive processes it only on your behalf, as described in the privacy policy.

Trial and subscriptions

• The free trial lasts 7 days or 50 orders, whichever comes first.
• Paid plans: Starter (4,900 FCFA per month), Pro (14,900 FCFA per month) and Business (35,000 FCFA per month). The yearly subscription costs the price of 10 months. The prices that apply are those shown on the Pricing page at the time of payment.
• Subscriptions are paid in advance, by mobile money or bank card. There is no automatic renewal: nothing is charged without your action.
• Each plan includes a number of orders per month. When it is reached, dispatch pauses until the next month. Backup packs (Mini, Secours, Maxi) add orders until the end of the current subscription month, with no carry-over.
• When the subscription expires, dispatch pauses. Your sheets and your setup are kept.
• A promo code can only be used once per account.

Refunds

A subscription period or pack that has started is not refundable. If SheetDive could not work for a long period because of a problem on our side, write to us: we will extend your subscription or refund the unused part.

Automatic detection

SheetDive does its best to recognise each order’s country, but no detection is perfect. Uncertain orders are placed in “To review”. It is up to you to check this list and the contents of your country sheets regularly.

Forbidden use

You agree not to:

• use SheetDive for any illegal or fraudulent activity;
• try to access another account’s data, get around your plan’s limits or disrupt the service;
• resell the service or make it available to third parties without our agreement.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service running continuously, without being able to guarantee it. SheetDive depends on Google Sheets and other providers: we are not responsible for an interruption caused by these services. Nor are we responsible for indirect losses (revenue, an order delivered late). In all cases, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid over the last 3 months.

Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time from “Settings”. We may suspend or close an account that does not respect these terms, after warning you except in an emergency (fraud, security).

Changes

We may change the service and these terms. For any significant change, we will notify you at least 15 days in advance by email or in the app. A price change never applies to a period already paid for.
